The Role
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Leader by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the President's office.

- Administrative Support: Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries (for domestic and international travel).
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the President and stakeholders.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating company events and functions.
- Project Management: Handle special projects as assigned by the Leader, ensuring timely completion.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of critical information and handle it with discretion.
- Office Management: Be responsible for the daily operations of the Head of Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations office, including managing supplies and equipment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the same industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously, reacting and thinking quickly while cutting through ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Unrivaled attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of integrity and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal/external partners.
- Professional maturity and ability to efficiently work with all levels of management.
- A self-starter with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
