Senior Data Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior Data Engineer to work on a delivery team developing, implementing and maintaining a Product core to Fidelity's Investment organization.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
• Knowledge and expertise in reporting, data analysis and data modeling skills
• Strong Experience in SQL performance tuning along with exposure to Agile development practices
• Python, Snowflake and Power BI experience would be a nice to have.
• Demonstrated experience working with Continuous Integration pipelines and automated deployment tools (e.g. Jenkins)
• You have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time.
• You thrive in a team environment, collaborating openly with colleagues on shared items of work
• You can act independently to achieve team goals and can provide leadership to more junior team members when needed.
• Produce high-quality code, with high test coverage, following Fidelity processes, standards, and methodologies
• Ensuring systems in your assigned area are robust, resilient and stable
• You will ensure the end-to-end delivery of requirements or user stories meets the needs and expectations of our business partners
