Senior Account Executive, Institutional Client Group
Are you an experienced client-facing professional with a proven ability to deliver solutions for institutional investors? Can you represent Fidelity's investment management capabilities and the broad functions of an investment account to institutional investors and their related providers? Do you work collaboratively across large and distributed teams to create alignment and represent the best of Fidelity to our clients? If so, we are excited to speak with you about a senior account executive role in Fidelity's Institutional Client Group (ICG) organization.
ICG is the institutional distribution arm of Fidelity's Asset Management business with responsibility for managing the investment relationships with large corporate and public sector plan sponsors, endowments, and foundations. We are looking for an experienced client service professional that can serve as the primary point-of-contact to institutional investors on their investment strategies. The key functions of the role are to facilitate the onboarding and ongoing servicing requirements of complex investment accounts. The role is central to the client relationship as the senior account executive is the client's daily point of contact for all of their servicing needs on their account, while simultaneously being the voice of and advocate for the client in matters at Fidelity. These key areas of focus will require investment and financial acumen, the ability to organize and prioritize competing priorities, all while working across a demanding but collaborative culture.

The ICG organization includes institutional asset management, sales, relationship management, client servicing, and institutional portfolio management teams. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a business that offers access to a comprehensive set of products and services, innovative investment tools and research, and dedicated client service professionals - all designed to help our clients thrive.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor's degree required w/ master's degree preferred
- 8+ years experience in the financial services industry, w/ client facing experience preferred
- Passion for investments working with institutional clients
- Prior experience working with Endowment and Foundation clients is a plus
- Ability to engage with all levels of a client organization from board members and executives to staff level
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving to promote client retention
- Experience navigating within a large organization to deliver effective solutions
- Series 7 and 63 registrations required within 90 days of hire

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
