The Role
As a Scrum Master, you'll be a part of highly collaborative, cross-functional Scrum teams within the Fidelity Brokerage division of Fidelity. You will advise and lead Squads on Agile values, practices, and processes to ensure they are fully functional, productive, and focused on Sprint goals.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Strong proficiency and experience with encouraging Agile behaviors, reinforcing practices, norms and routines, and supporting overall Squad performance and efficiency
- Excellent understanding and previous application of Agile/Scrum Fundamentals - WHY and HOW
- Proficient with Agile enabling tools like Jira/Jira Align
- Ability to identify team improvement opportunities and look externally for best practices to support continuous improvement
- Strong proficiency in facilitiating and coordinating logistics for Agile routines and practices, e.g., Backlog Refinement, Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospectives
- Proficient in ensuring healthy backlogs are maintained and accurately balanced across team members
- Proficient in producing and utilizing process metrics and artifacts to ensure understanding of how efficiently and effectively Squads are operating, and accurate and clear communications to Squads and their partners
- Excellent experience partnering with other Scrum Masters and working across multiple Squads contributing to the same initiatives
- Demonstrated experience working in a technology delivery environment
- Bachelor's degree/undergraduate degree/equivalent experience required
- Scrum certification required (CSM or PSM)

Fidelity Brokerage Delivery Enablement is a team of Scrum Masters, Delivery Program Managers, and Agile Coaches who partner with leaders & teams to inspect, adapt & mature high-impact delivery of customer value, cultivate an empowered delivery culture with insights, coaching & enablement, and champion continuous improvements that guide us toward business agility. We are focused on building a highly integrated organization, aimed at maximizing value delivery for Fidelity Brokerage. Our core capabilities include delivery insights, delivery planning & alignment and delivery coaching.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
