The Role

Separately Managed Billing product area for the Fidelity Institutional (FI) business unit?
We are looking for a Product Delivery, Senior Manager. Within FI, we're dedicated to helping financial advisors thrive by offering Client-Focused Expertise, Industry-Leading Financial Solutions, and Flexible Technology. You will work with the squad leader in supporting the SMArt Chargers squad, delivering new and evolving products and services. This squad supports all on and off platform billing for the Custom Separately Managed Accounts in the FI domain that targets both Family office clients and Registered investment advisors (RIA). They are currently focused on supporting and creating new features for the end-to-end process of billing including fee schedule setup, aggregation on firm and account levels, calculation of the quarterly fees for the accounts, and the fee debit process. They also own the user application for setup as well as the calculation engine and work with several other squads in the CSMA product area to provide our clients with accurate fees and reducing the risk of manual processes.

As Product Delivery, Senior Manager, you will blend deep knowledge and practice of Product Management and Business Analysis skills and will drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle. You have a passion for empathizing with customers, defining the problem statement, generating solution ideas, collaborating, and seeing products come to life!
There are three primary principles of being a great Product Delivery Senior Manager in Product Solutions and Strategy:
- Strategy: Understanding the problem or the 'why' and aligning it to the mission
- Execution: This is where and how the work gets done
- Business Readiness: How do you drive your product to launch and support after launch
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience working with customer service, product management, or tech development teams
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and is technologically adaptable.
- Bring a voice of influence to your squad and interdependent teams by embracing the shared vision and fostering collaboration. Drive towards the business goal with effective communication and navigate through complex scenarios.
- Proficiently lead all stages of the Product Delivery Lifecycle responsibilities, focusing on driving change in how we do business to bring a product from strategy to the marketplace.
- Keen focus on the end-to-end customer experience; resolve user pain points while working across stakeholders to prioritize solutions.
- Demonstrate a growth and learning mindset to advance skills and approach work with a constant curiosity to keep current with business and client needs.
