The associate will help the team in designing and building best-in-class data solutions, using very diversified tech stack, to deliver highly personalized and customized customer experiences.

• Innovative Data Solutions: You will design and build cutting-edge data solutions that enhance our ability to deliver highly personalized and customized customer experiences.

• Technical Leadership: By leveraging your technical leadership skills, you will guide the team in adopting best practices and innovative technologies, ensuring the successful implementation of data strategies.

• Automation and Efficiency: You will streamline data workflows using tools like Workato, driving efficiency, and reducing manual effort across the organization.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with internal business stakeholders, you will identify and address data pain points, developing solutions that improve data integration and accessibility.

• Strategic Impact: Your work will directly impact the organization by enabling the MarTech team to bring customer strategies to life through technically creative and user-friendly solutions.

The Skills that are Key to this Role

Technical / Behavioral

• Designing and developing low to moderate complexity data integration solution.

• Experience managing integrations and data flows between multiple SaaS and in house tools like Salesforce, Snowflake, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.

• A strong background in API use and development.

• Hands RMDS experience (Snowflake, PostgreSQL ).

• Knowledge of Cloud platforms and Services (AWS - IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).

• Knowledge of data streaming tools like Kafka.

• Design, building, and maintenance of data pipelines to ingest data from various systems.

• Knowledge of Enterprise level implementations like Data warehouse, Automated solutions.

• Ability to negotiate, influence and work with business peers and management.

• Ability to develop and drive a strategy as per the needs of the team.
