Job Description: Marketing Technology Solutions and Innovation Analyst
Job Summary: Fidelity Investments is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our Marketing Technology Solutions and Innovation (MTSI) team. This role will work across the MTSI team to elicit and analyze business requirements, assist in prioritization, and serve as a subject matter expert for various tools and technologies. The successful candidate will support the management of content automation, event management, sales enablement tools, productivity management tools, workflow automation, and digital asset management tools for Fidelity's Workplace Investing business unit.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various marketing technology solutions.

- Analyze and prioritize business requirements to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for MarTech tools such as Splash Events, Seismic, Aprimo DAM, Aprimo Productivity Management, and other similar and related technologies.
- Work closely with the MTSI team to develop and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users of the marketing technology tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing technology solutions and recommend improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a marketing technology environment.
- Strong understanding of content automation, event management, sales enablement, productivity management, workflow automation, and digital asset management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with tools such as Splash Events, Seismic, Pitcher, Aprimo DAM, and Aprimo Productivity Management is highly desirable.
