Job Description:
The Marketing Technology team is looking for a Marketing Automation Developer to design innovative solutions leveraging cloud technologies. In this role, you will work with client servicing business partners to understand their digital marketing needs and translate those needs into creative and innovative solutions that meets clients where they are. As a Developer on our Agile Marketing Automation team, you will build solutions in SFMC Cloud Pages, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder, Marketing Cloud Personalization, AMPScript, SSJS, etc. building journeys, emails, and automations as a cross-functional member of the team.

The Marketing Technology team focuses on designing and implementing capabilities and experiences that bring customer strategies to life. Technically creative and nimble, this team is known for creating innovative user-friendly solutions based on complex business requirements from business stakeholders across the organization.

The Expertise You Have
- Demonstrated experience using Marketing Automation systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud required in addition to basic understanding of Salesforce CRM and the CRM core objects.
- Web development: Responsive HTML/CSS, REST/JSON API clients, JavaScript, SSJS, github
- Database experience (SQL)
- Understanding of industry best practices related to digital customer experiences, UXD, and web design
- Strong, confident presenter and communicator
- Proven ability to partner with and collaborate with other leaders to deliver business outcomes
- Strong understanding of technology inclusive of user interface, data flows, and back-end systems
