Manager, Training Implementation
As a key member of the GSI Strategy & Planning team, you will be supporting GSI Security Training programs, communications, and various cross-GSI projects/program, including Training implementation, Project Management and Data analytics!
The Expertise We are Looking For
- BS/BA Degree
- 5+ years of work experience with strong analytical
- Program Management
The Skills You Bring
- Highly responsive and proactive (you are multiple steps ahead of your management team and anticipating leadership needs beyond the task at hand)
- Critical-thinker who can ask the right questions to solve business problems, put together comprehensive executive-level reporting and manage small-medium size projects/programs independently.
- Extremely resourceful (you can navigate Fidelity processes, systems, data, and personnel to produce quality work products) with little direction.
- Possesses a strong degree of professionalism.
- Works well with ambiguity.
- Has the ability to collaborate/influence within and across organizational boundaries
- Detail-oriented with ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Highly organized with ability to manage competing/changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Communicates effectively with all levels of leadership.
- Conceptualize, design, and prepare training strategies communications and reporting.
- Some experience with business intelligence/data visualization tools preferred, but not required. (Excel, PowerBI and Sumtotal)
- Curious, enthusiastic teammate with strong desire to learn and make an impact.

The Value You Deliver
- Assist in the development of Training programs and implementation.
- Provide support for the GSI Training Program in the form of:
- Identify areas of improvement within training programs
- Lead governance of existing training programs and aid with implementing new ones
- Think strategically to ensure the business needs are met and understand how the programs you support fit into the business strategies.
- Develop visuals that tell the story and value of the GSI Training Program
- Maintain data/analytics that show how time is being spent on the program, and helps demonstrate the value to GSI
- Handles strategic projects associated with GSI's Training program, such as:
- Implementation of new programs
- Knowledgeable of Enterprise training tools
- Program management support for the GSI College Program and summer internship program
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions that engage all levels of associates and leaders.
- Build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
