The Team
The Asset Management Compliance organization is a central group whose vision is to build a world class and industry leading global asset management compliance program, while managing regulatory risk for our external and internal clients and delivering value to our business partners. The team manages Trade Monitoring and supports the Equity Desk in Hong Kong. They also provide general compliance coverage for the Hong Kong office including: - MNPI restrictions - Aggregate monitoring - Regulatory and corporate compliance - Automation and innovation. There is also daily liaison with International Compliance colleagues located in the Tokyo and London offices.

Responsibilities
This Asset Management International Compliance Summer Intern will be responsible for:
- Project work to contribute to the goals/responsibilities of the Asset Management International Compliance Team
- Assist with preparation and delivery of presentations to various committees and internal board meetings
- Assist the local AMC team with various daily and ad-hoc tasks
Experience and Education
- Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate bachelor's degree program
- Demonstrated interest in learning the foundations of the Asset Management International Compliance program
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of data visualization a plus, such as Tableau
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects, juggle multiple priorities and manage to deadlines.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Analytical skills or intellectual curiosity.
- A desire to be a part of a team environment.
