Fidelity Wealth Learning Implementation Lead

The Role

The Fidelity Wealth Learning team is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning, talent and people who can use their implementation skills to support learning initiatives and deploy programmatic solutions.

As a Learning Implementation Lead, you will work closely with all levels of the Fidelity Wealth Talent, Development and Inclusion organization. Using your strong project management, communication, and consultation skills you will help lead the organization through all aspects of deployment of learning and associates programs. You will be responsible for the administration and reporting using our learning systems including LMS, NovoEd, Degreed, and Fuel50.

The Value You Bring

  • Collaborating and strategizing with the Fidelity Wealth Learning team to lead and execute implementation plans for new hire, tenured, and event-triggered training courses while balancing the support of new programs.
  • Responsible for managing scheduling, class participant communications including the training invitation, registration (create classes in the LMS and register associates) and pre-work/ post-work materials.
  • Setting up audiences and making learning assignments, setting notification templates, and generating advanced reporting through the LMS.
  • Providing administrative support and accountability including daily administration, reporting, employee inquiries/education on the LMS, and collaborating with internal customers
  • Pulling and analyzing data from the LMS to create periodic reporting using Excel including course assignments, completions, and course feedback.
  • Maintaining completion records and post-course feedback process
  • Resolve Service NOW incidents and provide technical troubleshooting and assistance to platform users in navigating and completing training, raising system issues as applicable.
  • Coordinating internal and vendor logistics (for class materials, training facilities, facilitator access, completion reporting, surveys, guidelines, catering, contingency strategy for inclement weather, etc.).
  • Draft and stage program communications for review as well as and create distributions lists.
  • Technical producing, hosting and facilitating virtual and hybrid learning events in Zoom for large and small scale events.
  • Developing and deploying program surveys to assess programs' impact using Qualtrics.
  • Using data and data analysis tools to provide key insights to influence business decisions and insight into associate progress and program health.
  • Cultivate a broad network of relationships through mutual assistance, support and sharing information.

The Expertise You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating complex programs, events, and projects
  • 3+ years of experience with a learning management system (LMS)
  • Experienced and understanding of learning platforms and their capabilities to support the associate learning experience - NovoEd, Degreed, Fuel50, SumTotal
  • Outstanding organizational skills allowing you to support multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to establish rapport with senior leaders, managers, and associates
