The Role
As a member of Fidelity Wealth Talent Development and Inclusion (TDI) team, you will partner with targeted business groups to ensure their integrated talent agenda is aligned with their overall business strategy, increase connectivity across all Talent practices, Diversity and Inclusion strategies and Learning strategies, and drive implementation of Fidelity Wealth and Enterprise TDI initiatives. - Proven success in collaborative leadership and working with executive leaders and internal HR partners
- Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment

- Strong business acumen with the ability to link Talent, Development and Inclusion priorities to key business initiatives
- Demonstrated success as a change agent for organizational transformation efforts.
- Excellent presentation, speaking and, communication (verbal and written) skills; ability to communicate and influence across the organization.

The Expertise We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, OD, Human Resources or related field preferred
- 7-10 years of progressive Talent experience in a variety of disciplines including OD, consulting, organizational design, learning, leadership development, succession planning, performance management and change management
- Experience working in large, complex organizations

The Value You Deliver
- In partnership with HR, drive implementation of all TDI COE-led initiatives
- Increase connectivity across the Annual Cycle (i.e., goal setting, quarterly check-ins, development planning, year-end reviews)
- Develop and drive talent planning efforts that build an enduring, deep and diverse pipeline of future leaders and ensure teams have the talent needed to deliver on their strategy
- Develop strategies to accelerate early career talent development and solutions to increase mobility of exceptional talent
- Consult and identify critical learning needs of the organization with ability to design concrete development solutions
- Consult and implement Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) related initiatives across the associate experience to enable the overall business strategy
- Provide leader enablement for firm-wide and Fidelity Wealth-wide talent, development and inclusion initiatives
- Act as a trusted and credible partner who anticipates needs and proactively recommends solutions
- Serve as internal coach to leaders, when needed, which may include 360 or other assessment debriefs (Primary instruments used include Hogan and DiSC).
- Source external coaches as required and serve as an expert consultant on development plans.
- Develop and use actionable metrics to provide insights that help drive business decisions
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
