Job Description:
The Director, Sales Transformation Lead is part of the Sales Excellence and Innovation department within Workplace Investing (WI) Sales. They will own running and leading a diverse set of projects and initiatives for WI Sales with a focus on our Workplace Solution products and practices. You will identify, prioritize, develop, strategize and implement key projects - deploying new technologies and processes to achieve measurable business impact. These projects are critical to achieving sales targets and revenue growth for all of the Workplace Solution sales (Non DC) teams across all size clients and segments.

The Expertise We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree, minimum; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years related product/ industry experience; 5+ years of Fidelity experience desirable
- Demonstrated ability in program and project management.
- Strong technical skills and ability to create, read and deliver business requirements for technology and program builds.
- Shown ability to analyze multiple data points to strategize and develop recommendations.
- History of success leading multiple large, sophisticated, cross functional projects and initiatives
- Innovative and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent influence leadership skills and capabilities
- Ability to operate in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
The Purpose of Your Role:
Responsible for crafting and leading a portfolio of business-critical programs with a focus on practices and products in the Workplace Solutions / Non-DC market. Responsible for implementing and leading a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy for a variety of new/enhanced product and services, as well as important business objectives.
Serve as a central leader across the Sales management team and broader organization, as well as a broad set of WI partner functional groups, to identify, prioritize, develop, and implement business strategy and execution plans which are important for driving the greatest sales growth for Workplace Investing. There will be a strong focus on continuing to evolve our WI Sales organization with the most sophisticated technology and sales practices in any sales industry. This individual is a strong, self-directed leader who can support the initiatives articulated by Sales Executives, Sales Managers, and the Head of Sales Excellence and Innovation to make client-facing Sales Associates more productive by driving projects and tasks to completion on their behalf.
Areas of work could include: improving interactions with clients and prospects in finals presentations, use of AI in Sales, enhanced demo functionality, virtual reality, optimization of hybrid meetings, digital/social media sales strategies, data analytics, process reengineering, use of both existing and new technologies in Sales and other key initiatives which will have the biggest impact on sales growth.

- Responding and handling risks throughout the project lifecycle - facilitating resolution of issues related to the project.

The Director, Sales Transformation Lead will ensure that the most important priorities of the Sales organization are led effectively and efficiently from a sales lens. This role will play a central role in WI Sales achieving bold MYP targets by ensuring execution of key priorities to drive such growth, especially the expansion of multi-product and Non-DC growth.
