Job Description:
The Role
Fidelity Charitable is actively seeking an experienced digital leader to drive key initiatives evolving the next generation giving platform. This role is part of the Portfolio delivery team responsible for delivering on a strategic multi-year plan to reimagine the digital experience and solutions for donors, associates, advisors and non-profits. As a Director, Product Owner, you will be responsible for multiple teams' delivery by defining the vision and roadmap, prioritizing the requirement backlog, managing stakeholder communication and delivering measurable business impact. This role will be accountable for delivering scalable, efficient and effective digital solutions; drastically improving the digital experience for associates and ultimately increasing donor satisfaction.

- Engagement with broader Fidelity Charitable staff to identify and deliver platform enhancements that drive user experience and donor results
- Serve as Product Owner throughout agile process, ensuring user stories and business acceptance criteria meet business requirements and user expectations
- Mentor/Coach other Product owners on standards and best practices
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 8+ years product management/ product owner experience
- BA or BS, MBA a plus
- A passion for innovation and big picture thinking, while also being able to comprehend and communicate details of feasibility and delivery
- A background in agile methodologies at scale
- A Product mindset that indexes to client obsession, outcomes, and execution
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver value for our associates and end users
- Ability to translate cross functional business goals, epics, and user stories for an Agile team
- Experience creating product backlogs, prioritized based on value, size, risk, and other relevant considerations
- Experience encouraging teams to take ownership for their commitments without sacrificing quality or sustainable pace
- Comfort with emerging technologies, assessing new opportunities and engaging with creative thinkers passionate for how technology is best used to make giving easier and impactful
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience working closely with agile teams to define initiative roadmap, prioritize backlog(s), and define a Minimum Viable Product
