The Role

If so, come join Asset Management Solutions Marketing, a fast-paced team that champions the value of Fidelity's investment products and solutions.
As Director, Marketing, you will collaborate closely with investment teams and marketing colleagues across Fidelity, strengthen the Fidelity asset management brand, deepen relationships with clients and engage prospects, and drive adoption of our product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Create product narratives, formulate positioning, and develop messaging across a diverse set of investment products to reach individual investors, investment advisors and institutions.
- Build multi-channel marketing plans, lead cross-organizational workstreams, and drive collaborative efforts in support of the launch of new products, product improvements, and related marketing programs.
- Partner with marketing colleagues on channel-specific promotional campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop and maintain marketing content, from pitchbook presentations to web pages and videos in support of promotional efforts, investor and advisor education, and sales distribution support.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of demonstrated ability working in financial services industry in a related capacity; knowledge of investment products and solutions preferred.
- Adept in all aspects of marketing and messaging planning, development, and execution with sharp attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to successfully adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience successfully leading sophisticated projects, using sound judgement to build and maintain strong business partner relationships, and influencing other teams across the organization.
- Proven history to translate technical information into compelling messaging that resonates with a variety of target audience profiles.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a team spirit.

Become a member of the Asset Management Solutions Marketing team, where we partner with Fidelity Asset Management, investment product groups and distribution channels to develop and deliver compelling, accurate, consistent and timely content. These materials help clients understand the value Fidelity provides in helping them meet their financial goals. Do you want to be part of this dynamic team?
The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$169,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
