Job Description:
The Role
As a Squad Leader in the AccessHub group, you will blend leadership skills, product management and technical skills to create and implement a cohesive connectivity strategy for the AccessHub platform. As the product owner you are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the squad mission, strategy, and tactical execution associated with delivering on strategic priorities. You will own alignment on 'what' and 'when' work is performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog and partnering with other product delivery leaders to influence broader strategic decisions, roadmaps and resource requirements. You will also set and refine the mission.
You will interface with other agile leaders, chapter leaders and architects to ensure alignment on the direction and that all voices are heard as you drive implementation of the strategy. You will own the communication to our stakeholders, collecting continuous feedback and ensuring delivery of a quality product.

This role will lead the implementation of new features related to access management using an off the shelf product. You will be responsible for quality of requirements and overseeing the creation of any required configurations through the development lifecycle.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Experience of product management ideally in a cybersecurity environment implementing off the shelf cybersecurity products. Experience creating a strategic roadmap and driving delivery to it.
- Leadership in problem solving, bridging business and technology teams, and effectively working with other leaders in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience prioritizing squad work using Agile practices and ceremonies for both strategic and maintenance workstreams
- Strong vendor management skills and experience with vendor augmented delivery teams
- Ability to effectively collaborate, negotiate, and engage with business counterparts to refine requirements
- Product management acumen with the skills to create roadmaps, generate status reports, manage risk and security concerns, and ensure operational stability and availability of technology solutions
- Deep knowledge of the IAM domain
- A proven foundation in software development ideally with experience in Java and Angular
- Industry recognized cybersecurity certifications (i.e. CISSP, CISM, CISA) a plus
- Experience implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud a plus

The Workforce Identity & Access Management product line team provides provisioning, lifecycle management and control assessment solutions to technology teams and applications across Fidelity's business units. We are responsible for providing capabilities that provide secure, stable access in a manner which ultimately improves Fidelity's risk posture, ensures compliance with policy standards, and reduces the overall cybersecurity threat landscape facing the firm.
