• Experience working in global organizations preferred

• Experience working in an agile organization and/or are familiar with agile principles

• Strong business acumen and know how people and talent strategies can drive business results

• Demonstrable experience in challenging, influencing, and coaching senior leaders on strategic issues and decisions that influence the operating environment and associate experience

• Strong project manager and have an ability to think end-to-end about the work to be implemented

The Team

The Director, Human Resources is a member of the HR and L&D team supporting Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) and Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations Technology (FFIOT). We are focused on developing and executing workforce strategy, enhancing the associate experience, improving manager effectiveness, and supporting ongoing development and learning.
