The Role
Want to join a team crafting health benefit insights and research-based perspectives that guide employer health benefit strategies? We have a new role on the team to identify trends, conduct industry interviews with key influencers and business leaders, and develop strategic recommendations for leaders. You will also help develop thought leadership publications and present findings to key internal and external partners. If you can think creatively, have the curiosity to dig deeper, and you're not afraid to ask questions or try new ways of doing things, this could be your next role!
The Expertise and Skills you Bring
We are looking for a self-starter with investigative journalist skills, including excellent communication, teamwork and relationship skills. The ability to bring subject matter expertise to the interpretation and development of insights and the creation of actionable recommendations for benefit leaders is essential.

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 8 years of health benefits experience preferred
- Experience working and networking with key opinion leaders
- Experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior decision makers
Your background may include experience working in benefits consulting, employer health benefits delivery, or an employer benefits association. Interpersonal skills and intellectual curiosity will be highly valued.

The Team
As part of the team, the director will be the team's key insights developer and subject matter specialist in employee health benefits. You will work alongside writers and editors, researchers, marketers, and designers to develop new thought leadership content. Our work will bring you in frequent contact with business units throughout Fidelity, trade associations, academics and other leaders with vision. Our mission is to develop impactful content to establish Fidelity's credibility in our growing health care business while helping our customers be more confident and educated health care consumers.
