Position Description:

Designs and implements end to end (E2E) software solutions using .Net Technology stack, SQL Server Database, Oracle Datawarehouse, Snowflake EDL, Business Intelligence Tools, Salesforce CRM, and Internal C2C Cloud Technology tools. Performs analytics, extract, transform and load (ETL) operations, and produces findings on ad-hoc requests made by business partners and senior leadership. Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects - system/database upgrades, data migration projects, business rule engine changes on enterprise-based platform. Implements technical solutions based on type of application required for business solutions - web-based and desktop-based using .Net Technology stack. Performs Extract Transform and Loading (ETL) operations of datasets from various sources like Oracle Datawarehouse, Snowflake Enterprise Data Lake (EDL), merging datasets, running calculations on datasets containing millions of records by writing complex PL/SQL and SNOW queries and presents results to team and stakeholders using Data Integration Tools like TOAD Data Point, SQL Server Integration Services, .Net Framework Console Packages.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides support in continuous integration, testing and deployment of these solutions.
  • Acts as principal member of operations team for implementing software solutions that support the technical roadmap and provides critical support for all web, windows, console, and database applications.
  • Performs independent and complex analysis supporting multiple initiatives.
  • Establishes full project life cycle plans for complex projects.
  • Designs Minimum Viable Products (MVP) to test new business concepts, designing and implementing optimized relational data models to host operational datasets that can be retrieved in efficient way for web applications, tools, dashboards, and reports.
  • Identifies, consolidates and implements bridge solutions for operational tasks and performs system/application updates to address large business changes occurring at national and regional level.
  • Develops and deploys Web Applications to support business processes, performing database operations, interfacing with enterprise-based systems, executing business rules and algorithms, sending notifications and executing approval processes.
  • Provides technical feedbacks on upgrading current infrastructure and technology stack for operations team to keep up with enterprise technological advancements.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience as a Director, Business Analyst (or closely related occupation) performing business analysis and software development using .NET Technology.

Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience as a Director, Business Analyst (or closely related occupation) performing business analysis and software development using .NET Technology.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

  • Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") performing data modeling, data migration and data ETL operations using SQL Server, Oracle, and Business Intelligence Tools - SSIS -within an enterprise level database environment.
  • DE gathering requirements, designing workflows using Unified Modeling Language (UML); and developing prototypes/wireframes, implementing pilots and performing functional/technical acceptance testing using Excel, Visio and .Net Technology for building Minimum Viable Products (MVP's) within a collaborative cross functional team environment.
  • DE developing efficient and scalable multi-tiered web applications on .Net Framework 4.0+ platform using ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, AJAX, and client side technologies -JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS -within an IIS Server 6.0/7.5 hosting environment.
  • DE developing tools and processes requiring File I/O operations, notifications features, creating tasks/actions/alerts in CRM; and utilizing advanced data sampling/reporting features, including writing algorithms for business logic and converting them into actionable business processes using .Net Objects, Managed File Transfer (Axway), REST API, and JSON.

Salary: $133,411.00 - $172,700.00/year.
