Global Security & Investigations (GSI) Investigations
The Team
The Investigations Domain within the Global Security & Investigations (GSI) Group is seeking an experienced product management professional to lead the implementation of a new Background Investigations Platform and to define, implement and support the modernization of Internal Investigation and Threat Management case management platforms!
The Role:
- In this role, you will be a member of the GSI Security Technology Program Management team and will be responsible for working across business and technology teams to deliver modernized and optimized systems that support Fidelity Investigators and partner teams including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance.
- You will engage routinely with Security Operations, support vendors, Procurement and Finance as you work to develop and deliver comprehensive product roadmaps.
- You will form a close and highly valued relationship with the Operational Leads of each Investigation team (Backgrounds, Internal, Threat) and their team members to partner on the delivery of comprehensive future state roadmaps.
- You will demonstrate highly honed skills in project management, data analytics and process optimization to develop roadmaps and drive technology solutions.
- You will lead a small team of Business and Configuration Analysts and leverage navigation and collaboration skills to garner input and support across all levels of the organization.

The Expertise We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, advanced degree a plus
- 8+ years of related product management experience, systems development, product development, and/or product management
- Hands-on experience implementing a product by collaborating with technology partners using agile methodologies
- Prior experience leading a small team of Business Analysts

- Demonstrated expertise working with product development, product strategy, critical thinking, goal setting, planning and decision making.
- You take a data-driven approach to understanding client needs, you translate strategic goals into action, and prioritize to improve value delivered
- Positive relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills to stay aligned within the organization and across Fidelity partner teams
- Experience leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building strong teams
- Familiarity with the review and approval processes firms deploy when vetting new candidates
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and how it can be used for process flow support, reporting and case management
