We are currently looking for a Content Associate Experience Architect to join WI Digital Experience Architecture Domain

Fidelity's Workplace Investing (WI) Architecture team architects digital experiences that supports WI's suite of Digital applications. The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven leader in architecting elegant Large Language Models for Content Delivery platforms that deliver digital experiences and solutions that scale across our customer base
  • Experience in leading, defining and implementing architecture blueprints aligning with Enterprise Digital Experience standards.
  • Experience in building desktop applications / technologies for Contact Center associates.
  • Experience with OpenFin or Glue42
  • Facilitate architecture governance and project review oversight across the portfolio ensuring compliance with technical standards, policies and procedures
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, documentation, and influencing skills
  • Collaborate with business and technical partners to provide an industry leading customer experience on the web using agile frameworks

The Purpose of Your Role

In this role, you will serve as a Director of Architecture within the Associate Experiences & Content Product Area focusing on content capabilities and API's that deliver Virtual Assisted and Chat content that is both personalized and findable to our internal digital experiences. You will provide technical leadership to reinvent our WI contact center experiences and the processes, tools that our associates use to serve our >34M WI customers. The initiative is planned to enrich the day to day operations of ~10k employees and via them the lives of millions of our customers we serve. You will enable this business transformation for associate experience by providing strategic direction, transitional and future state architecture and inform the right set of technologies.

The Skills You Bring

Your background in the following will prove vital:

  • Experience architecting solutions for the development and deployment of key digital applications and features
  • Experience with server-side technologies including GraphQL, Node, Java, Spring Boot, etc.
  • Experience with Spring and open source frameworks including Spring MVC, Spring Core, Spring REST, Apache Camel, etc.
  • Experience with client-side technologies including Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, etc.
  • Extensive experience with content technologies (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager), ChatGPT and Large language Models and search engines (Kendra, Lucid works) etc.
  • Strong technical background on crafting and developing enterprise digital applications with MVC design pattern, micro front-end strategy and open micro service architectures.
  • Experience with building digital restful and GraphQL APIs
  • Experience with Cloud-based Architecture and AWS cloud native solutions

As part of the WI Technology Architecture team you will be key player in helping move us forward into our digital future and digital transformation of our business. As an Architect within Workplace Investing (WI), you are responsible for establishing the strategic direction, and choosing technologies across WI Digital Experiences. You will work closely with business partners and technology teams to understand business objectives and help define appropriate architecture and align with broader WI goals and strategies. You will have accountability for delivering strategic change across a diverse set of applications, technologies, and squads.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
