The Role
Providing great customer service in a considerate, supportive and unobtrusive manner. Serving high level Fidelity executives and external guests in a boardroom setting. Being part of a team that is proud to create an exceptional food and beverage experience.

- Hand and tray service food and beverage service ability
- Basic food preparation

The Expertise You Have
- You are a highly motivated individual that can multitask and enjoys a fast paced yet organized environment. You appreciate working with a customer obsessed team and are willing to share your own experiences and skill set.
- A high school degree is required and a college degree preferred.
- 3 years minimum of dining room experience.
- Food handling certificate and CPR training up to date but can satisfy this requirement on the job expense free.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to roles listed as Remote or Onsite.
