Job Description:
Our Content Studio team is looking for multiple digital designers to build a new creative function within WI Marketing. We're looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and are comfortable in a start-up atmosphere. As a member of this newly formed team, you will design marketing and thought leadership collateral for our digital platforms. You'll work closely with our UX, segment, content, and channel marketing partners to ensure that we go to market in a coordinated manner and will explore content delivery via richer formats (video, podcasts, etc.) The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator and an energetic self-starter. This resource will play a pivotal role as part of a team in crafting dynamic web experiences. Your understanding of HTML5 will be instrumental in creating visually engaging and responsive websites, working with templates and within brand guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life, from user interface design to seamless functionality.

Responsibilities of the role include
- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using HTML5 and CSS(3)
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement user-friendly interfaces and features.
- Optimize web applications for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure robust functionality and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging web technologies.
- Debug and troubleshoot code to enhance the overall user experience.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 3 + years of strong visual design skills
- Degree required
- Understanding of HTML(5) and CSS(3)
- Experience with responsive web design
