The Testing & Reporting Compliance Associate works to deliver best in class support and expertise to the WI Client Service Teams and most importantly our clients to help them meet the regulatory requirements of having a qualified retirement plan. In Testing & Reporting Services, we strive to continuously evolve our processes, systems, and training, to increase quality, drive efficiency, and provide a better experience for our Clients and Associates.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
