The Enterprise Technology Change Management Center of Excellence focuses on our high priority Technology initiatives, planning, managing and executing against the programs change management workstream to deliver consistent human centered organizational change solutions in support of our associates.
As part of the Change Management Center of Excellence, (CM COE) within the new Large Program Management Office under Fidelity Technology Strategy and Planning, the CM COE Team Member will plan, manage, develop, and execute organizational change strategies, including partner and sponsorship activities, communication plans, training solutions and measurement activities.

The CM COE is essential to the success of driving enterprise organizational change capabilities in alignment with Fidelity's technology strategy and the overall focus and vision of the Large Program Management Office. This role will drive consistency in the enterprise change approach through a centralized change model by ensuring consistent practices and change strategies.
Fidelity's technology strategy presents changes across people, process and technology, with much of the technology change centered around an overhaul to the firm's foundational technologies that will enable our transformation to a digital company. In addition, several ongoing change events are impacting Fidelity's technology community. As we move into the execution phase for these change events, we need to build energy across the associate community and clarity of how the work connects to the strategy to ensure successful execution while also driving adoption.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 5-7 years organizational change management experience:
- Leading strategic end-to-end enterprise-wide organizational change initiatives
- Solid experience addressing associate needs associated with large scale enterprise-wide Technology programs; implementations, enhancements, migrations, etc.,
- Skilled program planning of change management workstream; including communications, learning, implementation, measurement, and adoption strategies
- Developing end-to-end change management strategies and deliverables, driving results through matrixed teams, demonstrating the use of standard methodologies
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization, especially with senior leaders, to champion and apply best practices
- Outstanding leadership presence, ability to influence senior leadership across business units and enterprise landscape, communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- PROSCI, CCMP or other industry change management certification
- Excellent consulting skills, written and verbal communication skills, and coaching skills
- Proven track record of operating in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Self-motivated standout colleague who brings energy and passion to the team
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using agile tools (Jira, Confluence) a plus
- Demonstrated PowerPoint / graphic design skills a plus
The Team
The Change Management COE is a relatively new function supporting the high-priority strategic programs across Enterprise Technology. Our goal is to bring alignment across Fidelity's technology community for change management delivery through a standard enterprise-wide set of processes
In addition to supporting the work, the CoE also sponsors a Change Management Community of Practice for change practitioners across Fidelity. We meet regularly throughout the year to review change related topics, as well as in smaller group settings during our learning days to discuss change management related content; podcast or articles, etc. All COE members are expected to actively participate and drive the Community of Practice activities.
