Role
As a Business Consultant & Transformation Director within Performance Delivery (PD), you will be an individual contributor delivering operating model transformation. You will define strategic improvement roadmaps to innovate and take on the most critical business issues. You will assess business situations, scope projects, build partnerships, guide critical thinking, develop multi-workstream programs, lead execution, and drive impactful and sustainable change cross-functionally with an emphasis on aligning people, process, and technology. Directors quickly become proficient on detailed and complicated subject matter to define recommendations and requirements for improvement. You will interact with department leaders requiring refined written and verbal communications. You will evolve PD's toolkit and standard methodologies to improve our team's value proposition.

The Expertise You Have
- Process design, redesign, and improvement experience evaluating current state and assessing customer journey applying strategic reengineering methodologies and tools
- Influential leadership across all levels including delivering effective presentations
- Leading large-scale initiatives from concept to implementation
- External consulting experience, preferred
- Financial Services / Benefits Outsourcing industries experience, preferred

The Team
We are a center of excellence, serving as an internal consultancy to aid business leaders with crafting strategy and steering the development and deployment of leading practices and solutions within Fidelity's Workplace Investing's (WI) Sales, Service, and Operations. PD delivers value across a broad portfolio of cost and revenue improvements while focusing on risk reduction, quality improvement, customer satisfaction, associate experience and strategic enablement.
