The Team
The Corporate Distribution Services group is responsible for shipping & receiving of documents and other items. Responsible for organizing and distributing mail and packages for Fidelity business partners across the entire enterprise.

We are seeking individuals with a strong attention to detail and a desire to work in an environment where a sense of urgency is part of the daily routine. Must be dependable and enjoy a non-sedentary set of daily tasks. Position requires a level of physicality to include movement of mail trays and tubs, storage racks, and boxes.

The Skills You Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- Must demonstrate strong social skills in order to provide exceptional customer service
- Accurate transaction processing & detail oriented/able to work with numbers
- Comfortable with being proactive, demonstrating initiative, and making business-related process improvement suggestions
- Scan inbound shipments through X-Ray machinery & understands and demonstrates all safety policies and procedures. Reports and escalates any suspicious items immediately.
- Basic understanding of mail operations and the ability to work independently on routine work as well as basic problem resolution
- Receive and reconcile inbound non-trackable and trackable shipments
- Process inbound & outbound non trackable USPS mail using Pitney Bowes Postage Metering
- Scan inbound trackable & non trackable shipments utilizing SendPro Enterprise software and TA units with exceptional accuracy and efficiency
- Receive and reconcile all inbound/outbound shipments using internal reporting tools.
The Value You Deliver
In this role, you will receive, sort, ship, & deliver mail & packages as addressed to our various business partners while meeting all service level agreements. You may also be cross-trained to perform work in other Inbound groups including RPO-Paper and RPO-Electronic.
