The Role
As an Associate Analyst in the Account Re-Registration Services (ARS) group in OSG, you will be a part of a broad team of operations professionals handling the re-registration process for clients experiencing life events. Utilizing various on-line tools and reference materials, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of client requests. You will have opportunities to build working relationships with internal business partners that assist in the re-registration process.
- Complete administrative records documenting time spent on different processes
- Interact with business partners (Transition Services, Legal/Risk/Compliance, etc) to assist in processing client requests
- Ensure accurate processing of allocated work with 100% efficiency
- Determine whether legal requirements have been met by analyzing supporting documents
- Provide quality customer service
- Gain proficiency in additional OSG processes as department needs require
- Deliver effective written and verbal communication to appropriate business partners when requests are not in good order or need clarification
- Meet minimum productivity requirements

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 3+ years of brokerage operations or financial services experience preferred
- Experience in Transaction processing roles or related financial process preferred
- Ability to learn and adapt to changes and new processes
- Motivated and committed to excellence; positive attitude and "can do" work ethic.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to process transactions with efficiency and accuracy
- Contribute to a team environment that fosters culture of peer-to-peer coaching, collaboration and recognition

The Team
The FI Account Reregistration Services function is responsible for facilitating reregistration requests due to life events, such as death and divorce. The team provides processing support for several different PI retail account products, including money movement, maintenance and date of death valuation processing, while interacting with various functions across the Fidelity enterprise. ARS is embedded in the Operations & Services Group (OSG). With eight operating divisions located throughout the country, OSG provides securities execution, clearance, and information management services to retail, institutional, and correspondent clients. OSG performs tens of thousands of over the counter, listed equities, options, bonds, and mutual fund transactions daily.
