Alternative Investments is a complicated and nuanced product space with manual, industry wide processes in place to support transactional activity. As the industry is evolving and team is growing, development of the associates and innovation of the department is key. The role will include strengthening the (Out of Standard) OOS and Follow Up team. The Follow Up team is responsible for following up with Sponsors and TAs to obtain acknowledgements and confirmations of pending transactions that are 60 days or older in a timely manner on behalf of our clients and to mitigate risk and exposure to the organization. The OOS team is responsible for bringing in all monthly and quarterly fund reporting in prior to month end to ensure the firm isn't exposed to capital charges. These activities are performed daily and require adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- College degree preferred.
- Series 99 license (or within 90 days of hire)
- Proven experience in team leadership and coaching.

- Prior experience with alternative investments process experience is preferred.

The Team
Operations & Services Group (OSG) provides superior customer service to Fidelity's Institutional Products Group's businesses through innovation, dedication, and commitment to excellence. With eight operating divisions located throughout the country, OSG provides securities execution, clearance, and information management services to retail, institutional, and correspondent clients. OSG performs tens of thousands of over the counter, listed equities, options, bonds, and mutual fund transactions daily.
An Alternative Investment (AI) is a highly specialized investment vehicle that is tailored to sophisticated, high net-worth investors and are not traded on any public market. Our Alternative Investments group services all Fidelity lines of business and handles end-to-end operations from onboarding of assets, all transactions, reconciliation, and servicing requests.
The base salary range for this position is $52,000-$83,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
