Seeking a highly motivated Techno-Functional Analyst to join our global IT team responsible for defining, implementing, supporting, and managing applications used in our global warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a developer or technical analyst in Oracle e-Business suite SCM modules or Oracle SCM Cloud.

In this role, you will be challenged to work Warehouse automation, Process automation using UiPath RPA. In addition, you will utilize Zebra products (Zebra4Zebra) to increase productivity of the Distribution centers and Manufacturing plants. You will be required to obtain Lean Six Sigma certification to eliminate waste and improve quality.

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

No relocation package is offered for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes testing plans (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) for new implementations, upgrades, and patches. Documents test results and provide recommendations.
  • Analyzes and resolves complex technical issues within the supply chain by configuring system setups, optimizing module configurations, and deploying programmatic updates.
  • Creates and maintains detailed system documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and end-user manuals.
  • Develops, tests, and deploys code using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML Publisher Reports, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) within an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment.
  • Develops and documents technical specifications for new features and enhancements. Prepares & provides technical design documentation using Oracle Application functionalities.
  • Follows Agile principles in delivering value to the business via sprints by completing Jira user stories and epics.
  • Partners with IT and business teams addressing problems, articulating innovative technical solutions, conducting demos, and sharing best practices.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules. Recommends systems modifications to reduce business problems.
  • Supports system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying.
  • Demonstrates commitment to continuous learning and growth, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and contributing to team success.
  • Performs configuration, setup, and updating of applications, including table definitions and access control.
  • Implements and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprisewide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years IT experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Oracle EBS technical development REQUIRED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Ability to be available for 24*7 critical system maintenance and support environment.
  • Solid understanding of DC shopfloor processes, WMS systems and supply chain modules like Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, WIP, order management and receiving. This includes, but is not limited to, Oracle EBS configuration/set-up, writing test scenarios/scripts, executing tests and move to production release.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with end user issues.
  • Demonstrated technical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects.
  • Demonstrated experience trouble shooting.
  • Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications.
  • Experience developing new systems and tools.
  • Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures.
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience identifying and implement process improvements.

Salary: USD 92700.00 - USD 139100.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
