    As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to supporting the product lifecycle, provide tactical support across product areas, collaborate with the team in assessing product needs and conducting product backlog maintenance, as well as collaborate with the team in managing plans, issues, and risks for products.

    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
    The Sr. Product Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Gather information about new or existing products.
    • Assess current state of product to discover additional needs.
    • Contribute to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of products.
    • Support multiple internal groups in an energizing environment.
    • Coordinate with internal team to define product strategy and customer outreach.

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences:

    • At least 2 years of related experience

    Desired Experiences:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business administration and management
    • At least 2 years with Workday Reporting Tools and Workday Prism Analytics
    • 4+ years of experience preferred
    • Certified in Workday Financials
    • Hands on experience and understanding of GL allocations, Reassignment of allocations, configuration, testing and overall monthly period close process
    • Continuous improvement mindset: who has/have demonstrated ability to work with various stakeholders to deliver optimal design solutions and skills needed to build positive rapport with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
    • Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication that are adaptable based on the stakeholder.
    • Strong accounting skills and deep understanding of internal controls, risk management, and business processes
    • A data acumen and experience working with large volumes of data and an ability to balance data integrity and materiality
    • Critical thinking, analytical and financial analysis skills
    • Collective capabilities for supporting teams, giving/receiving feedback, facilitating meetings, and leading team meetings
    • Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes
    • Ability to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner
    • Leading huddle and/or squad and/or ticket resolution meetings
    • Able to analyze the customer requirements and coordinate with business users from techno-functional understanding and communicate with various teams
    • Knowledge of financial data usage in accounting, reporting and analysis
    • Well-versed with Agile methodology and experience working and leading in a scrum team
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business administration and management
    • Help and direct development of the design strategy for product enhancements with impact analysis documentation
    • Help and support team on the implementation process for new products
    • Support and provide adequate knowledge transition for any implementation of product improvements
    • Responsible for the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance
    • Excellent written and oral communication skill in delivering complex technical information to audience with various background

    Tools

    • Skilled in SQL
    • Skilled in TOAD SQL database management tool
    • Experience using SharePoint
    • Skilled in Excel
    • Skilled in Microsoft Teams
    • Experience using Microsoft Project
    • Experience using JIRA
    • Strong/Good experience with Workday Reporting Tools and Prism Analytics
    • Experience using Blackline
