    The Marketing and Communications - Marketing Strategy - Senior Associate(Flexible Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Skilled in developing project management matrixes that capture progress, deadlines, updates and the ability to use matrix information to inform reports. Comfortable gathering inputs and data and using that information to inform project management plans, activities, and stakeholders.
    • Audience expertise: Well-informed about the Multifamily business, intersectional and multicultural audiences, and current events that inform Multifamily strategies and initiatives to advance Fannie Mae's mission.
    • Business insight: Knowledge of the Multifamily business and key products and initiatives to inform strategies and outreach.
    • Communication: Track record of presenting information to both internal and external audiences visually or in writing in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. Includes presentations, copywriting, talking points, articles, reports, etc.
    • Strategy Development: Develop Multifamily Marketing strategies and identify key deliverables, metrics, and key messaging tied to the key objectives of the Multifamily business.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, marketers and other stakeholders for feedback and input.

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • Required relevant experience: 3-5 years
    • Educational experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Multifamily loan products and initiatives, B2B financial services, or mortgage industry experience
    • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint

    Desired Experiences

    • Skilled in PowerBI
    • Experience using Workfront, SharePoint, Salesforce, Confluence
    • Subject matter expertise in multicultural audience insights, workforce and affordable housing products and services

    Specialized Knowledge & Skills

    • Marketing Strategy: Partner with business units and the Marketing & Shared Services organization to develop and implement marketing plans that support our brand, integrate with other product offerings to provide a positive customer experience, and align with business priorities.
    • Communications Planning: Experience developing the schedule, format, content, and method by which communications are delivered to a specific audience.
    • Market research and customer/consumer insights: Lead or guide research teams to uncover and validate insights that represent the voice of the customer and inform the product marketing strategy.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity: Enjoys projects that explore new ideas in an experimental environment, and the challenge of solving complex problems. Able to navigate new territories, lead and motivate others through uncertainty, and respond to changing priorities
