    Job Description

    As a valued colleague on our team, you will perform quality assurance reviews of risk assessments, risk issues and remediation plans, procedures, operational risk events, etc to ensure alignment with internal and program requirements. In this role, you will facilitate business process and control walk throughs to conduct testing /validation, prepare reports and document test results.

    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

    The SF Operational Risk - Quality Assurance - Senior Associate will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Monitor and review the quality of risk assessments, risk issues and remediation, policies & procedures and other various deliverable requirements.
    • Facilitate of control walkthroughs, validation and testing activities
    • Ensure risk assessments, risk issues, procedures and / or control testing / validation results are appropriate and meet internal quality and Enterprise standards
    • Communicate issues identified during risk assessments and /or testing results to team members, management and / or key stakeholders.

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • 2 years

    Desired Experiences

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent

    Skills

    • Risk management practice experience; prior experience in Audit, Compliance or Enterprise Risk Management
    • Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
    • Assist in evaluating and enhancing internal policies and procedures
    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing deliverables ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet internal standards and requirements.
    • Ability to work with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively towards a common goal.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to deliver complex technical information to audiences with various backgrounds.
    • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand using graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards.

    Tools

    • Experience using RiskWorks, Archer, eGrc (these are internal tools)
    • Experience using SharePoint
    • Skilled in Tableau
    • Skilled in Excel
