    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
    The Product Manager - Multifamily Technology role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Present information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
    • Develop communication and outreach materials for internal and external audiences.
    • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
    • Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors etc.
    • Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
    • Product Management including managing demand, releases, and backlog.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
    • Create features, user stories, acceptance criteria and participate in scrum ceremonies.
    • Identify opportunities for product improvements, as well as collect feedback from team and provide recommendations.
    • Liaise with the product team and technology team to deliver requirements.
    • Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.
    • Create Product dashboard and other executive reports to showcase product development activities and status

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences:

    • At least 4 years related experience
    • Experience managing the product development process.
    • Experience with database modeling, mapping and system interface documents
    • Experience writing and understanding data rules
    • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
    • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
    • Good collaboration and relationship management skills in order to effectively work with the product team to understand requirements and deliver the work
    • Experience working in a Product owner role
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong Excel skills
    • SQL knowledge
    • Experience using JIRA
    • Experience using SharePoint

    Desired Experiences:

    • Skilled at presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
    • Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, planning and distributing communication, etc.
