    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
    The Principal Corporate Strategy Analyst (Open to Remote) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Conduct market analysis and coordinate with business and stakeholders to identify and evaluate growth opportunities and potential threats
    • Incorporate deep understanding of market trends and business dynamics to support strategy, initiative, and goal development
    • Oversee financial and scenario analysis to support strategic decision making (e.g., financial projections, valuation of initiatives, etc.)
    • Proactively drive planning, ensure high quality deliverables tailored to audience
    • Collaborate, advise, and provide appropriate transparency within the team and to internal partners on ongoing efforts.
    • Partner with management on process improvement opportunities, including: financial analysis and modeling, forecasting, talent strategy, etc. You may assist in implementing new processes and/or updating existing processes.

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experience


    • 8 years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent

    Skills

    • Strategic problem solving, well versed in strategy frameworks that can be used to quantify issues / opportunities, frame and solve critical problems
    • Gathering and analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to draw conclusions and answer critical questions
    • Financial statement and scenario analysis
    • Identifying and evaluating strategic options and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives
    • Articulate and present complex ideas in thoughtful, concise, clear, and understandable way, effectively leverage graphical representations and stats to deliver key messages
    • Influence, advise, and support stakeholders/partners in steps necessary to achieve desired engagement outcomes
    • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion

    Tools

    • Skilled in AI tools / solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
    • Skilled in Tableau
    • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint
