In this compelling leadership position, you will lead efforts to develop and implement strategic plans for assessing and identifying potential risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, and/or financial success, as well as work with leadership to communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise, and understand business objectives.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Operations Risk - Risk Management - Director role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Direct the team responsible for determining business areas that pose potential risks to the enterprise, and assist leadership with developing a process to identify threats.
- Direct team efforts to evaluate the impact of proposed risks to the enterprise.
- Oversee information monitoring and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis, and may assist with implementing updates and changes to the process.
- Direct efforts to document resolutions and control guidelines.
- Drive implementation of business strategies that will drive success in the face of shifting consumer behaviors and regulations.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 8 years
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
- Board level experience is a plus
- Strong project management discipline preferred.
- Experience governing risk committee, including agenda preparation, information gathering, meeting minute documentation, and identifying key insights and connections.
- Creating dashboards/scorecards based on risk measurements etc.
Skills/Tools
- Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring.
- Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives.
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
- Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
- Risk Assessment and Management including identification, prioritization, management, measurement, and reporting skills.
- Control design assessment and testing of operative effectiveness.
- Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
- Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas.
- Governance and Compliance including evaluating policies, evaluating compliance, conducting internal investigations, developing data governance, etc.
- Experience identifying and selecting strategic options and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives.
- Experience using RiskWorks, SharePoint, Advanced Excel, Visio.
