In this role, you will monitor, provide analysis, and report on the end-to-end execution of business processes using enterprise systems for effective tracking and reporting.

    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

    The Multifamily Asset Manager - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Support a portfolio's vision and strategic objectives.
    • Analyze portfolio progress and enact changes, along with reporting portfolio performance to key stakeholders.
    • Evaluate risk of current assets, while complying with governance and controls.

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experience

    • 2 years relevant experience

    Desired Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
    • Loan Management including evaluating loan requests, classifying loans, identifying fraud, originating loans
    • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
    • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
    • Risk assessment and management skills including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, and remediating risk
    • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
    • Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, and building relationship networks
    • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
    • Experience evaluating businesses, projects, budgets, and other financial entities or instruments to determine viability, stability, and performance
    • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
    • Skilled in creating and managing databases with the use of relevant software such as MySQL, Hadoop, or MongoDB
    • Work with individuals having a different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively while working toward a common goal
    • Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, and benchmarking
    • Skilled in Excel
    • Experience using Microsoft Access
    • Skilled in SQL
