Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will assist in analyzing business transactions and financial information to determine and maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other financial activities. You will be responsible for fixed assets management/prepaid expenses, the statement of cash flows, lease accounting and periodic financial statements activities such as quarterly assets reviews and 10Q/10K disclosures.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Finance - Accounting - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and maintain financial information from relevant finance and accounting sources.
- Process fixed assets/prepaid expenses transaction in Workday.
- Maintain fixed assets.
- Analyze business and financial information to determine appropriate accounting treatment and record results with support from team and manager.
- Develop reports to document assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, and/or other financial results.
- Prepare quarterly memorandums summarizing periodic assets impairment review and prepaid expenses recovery testing.
- Sound knowledge of lease accounting
- Analyze financial results to ensure accuracy and support business decisions.
- Execute accounting and financial operations processes and related controls.
Qualifications

Desired Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting
- 4 years of related experience
- Experience with Workday and Blackline.
- Experience with lease accounting (ASC842)
- Experience evaluating, analyzing, and resolving unique and complex problems, and recommending solutions.
- High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Dedicated attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Great time management and organization skills
- Motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- CPA desired or candidate
