    As a valued contributor to our team, in consultation with the managing Director you will independently lead problem solving and process improvement projects end-to-end to enable the client to meet organizational goals.

    In this role, you will co-lead the project team consisting of associates to scope and clarify the problem, develop target outcomes, collect, analyze, and present data related to the problem and desired outcomes, generate insights and recommendations, and support/advise the client during the execution of solutions towards their outcome.

    As an Advisor, you have the skills and ability to lead and execute most of these functions independently, utilizing and improving upon established methods, with the benefit of team feedback and guidance.

    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

    The Continuous Improvement - Strategy and Execution Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities in collaboration with Directors:

    • Investigate and scope problem brought by clients to ensure clarity among affected stakeholders to achieve the right outcomes and the right level.
    • Design, manage, and execute comprehensive data collection, research, and observations to support root cause problem solving
    • Design, manage, and execute systematic approaches to analyze data derived from interviews, process documents, and independent research to generate meaningful insights and presentations, telling a story that resonates with client with actionable solutions
    • Monitor and report on the performance of deliverables, products or project teams
    • Prepare and conduct stakeholder management in conjunction with managing Director with clients to enable their execution of priorities for the enterprise

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • At least 6 years of relevant experience
    • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
    • Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas (PowerPoint)
    • Experience with information retrieval including fact gathering, conducting focus groups and interviews, designing surveys, etc.
    • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
    • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
    • Communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
    • Business Process Management experience including business process mapping, process design and implementation, etc.
    • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
    • Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes
    • The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
    • Relationship Management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders
    • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
    • Experience with the following tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneNote

    Desired Experiences

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Experience identifying and selecting strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives
    • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making
    • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
    • Learning and Training experience including conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systems
    • Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
    • Business knowledge in the areas of Single Family, Multifamily, Finance, or Banking and Financial Services
    • Familiarity with Lean Management concepts and methodologies
    • Experience with Sharepoint, PowerBI, Visio, Confluence
