    Job Description

    As a valued colleague on our team, you will leverage your previous experience to provide tactical support for defining and implementing enterprise-wide change enablement strategies. Using a human-centered approach, you will help with efforts ranging from product/service delivery, mindset/behavior change, and cultural advancement, maximizing adoption and minimizing resistance to ensure return on change investment. Senior team members will actively help develop your change management knowledge and skills.

    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

    The Change Management Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Work closely with more senior members of the Change Enablement team on high priority Initiatives
    • Support adoption of strategic priorities by leveraging defined, strategic change enablement tactics (e.g., stakeholder assessment/management, communications/engagement plans, etc)
    • Support Change Enablement team's operations via collateral development
    • Objectively measure and report on the pace and effectiveness of change
    • Collaborate with varied stakeholders to gain support for implementing change tactics

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences:

    • At least two years of relevant experience
    • Consulting or change management/change enablement experience
    • Passion for change management/change enablement and desire to learn more
    • Experience building strong relationships, achieving results through excellent interpersonal skills

    Desired Experiences:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    • Experience with Microsoft Suite including Powerpoint & Excel
    • Experience supporting change program establishment including change readiness, stakeholder analysis, and targeted adoption activities
    • Prosci certification
