    Job Description

    As a valued colleague on our team, you will leverage your previous experience to provide both expert advice and tactical support for defining and implementing enterprise-wide change enablement strategies. Using a human-centered approach, you will manage change enablement tactics for efforts ranging from product/service delivery, mindset/behavior change, and cultural advancement, maximizing adoption and minimizing resistance to ensure return on change investment.

    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

    The Change Management Lead role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Support adoption of strategic priorities by independently leveraging defined, strategic change enablement tactics (e.g., stakeholder assessment/management, communications/engagement plans, etc)
    • Support Change Enablement team's operations via collateral development
    • Serve as an advisor to strategic priority program teams, use expertise to provide change enablement
    • Serve as an advisor to business partners, influencing counterparties to mature change enablement proficiency and advance a change-ready mindset at all levels
    • Objectively measure and report on the pace and effectiveness of change
    • Partner with strategic priority program teams to assess the change landscape across multiple initiatives to reduce organizational change fatigue
    • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to gain support for implementing change tactics

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences:

    • 4+ years of relevant consulting and change management/change enablement experience
    • Experience supporting change program establishment including change readiness, stakeholder assessment, and targeted adoption activities
    • Understanding of the discipline of Organizational Change Management, its methodologies, frameworks, tools, and operationalization
    • Experience building strong relationships, achieving results through excellent interpersonal skills that help drive, inspire, and influence collaboration
    • Experience organizing, facilitating, and leading workshops including retrospectives and structured problem-solving
    • Experience supporting portfolio planning and dependency management
    • Experience enabling consensus amongst people with different functional expertise, ranging in seniority

    Desired Experiences:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    • Prosci certification
    • 6+ years of experience
    • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project
