THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Media Experimentation team. You will support FanDuel's media experimentation strategy by working closely with a variety of channel teams to design and execute innovative tests. Your ability to manage data, generate insights, and clearly communicate your findings will help guide where we make marketing investments and how we compete in an exciting and high-growth industry.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Work as an individual contributor to take on ambiguous and technically challenging analytics problems within the broader media department
- Own your data and use a range of analytic techniques to answer questions about marketing test results
- Become an expert in media experimentation setup and execution, providing leverage to partner teams by helping them turn intent into results and make progress on learning agendas
- Come up with creative and repeatable data visualization solutions that provide regular visibility to leadership and stakeholder groups
- Serve as an exemplary lead to other analysts through coaching on analysis techniques and insights presentation
- Generate and communicate project timelines and plans for projects to manage workload and stakeholder expectations
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical, technical or commercial field preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
- Practical experience managing tests and learning agendas and/or a solid foundational understanding of statistical concepts relevant to experimentation
- Experience on or supporting acquisition marketing teams as well as familiarity with marketing data ecosystems strongly preferred
- Strong personal organization and time management skills as well as the ability to juggle multiple complex projects
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel required
- Experience with one other programming language for data analysis and exploration such as Python, R, or Spark preferred
- Demonstrated experience using data visualization software to convey analysis in an easy to digest format
- Experience working with Tableau for data visualization preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - demonstrable track record of influencing up, down and across organizations
- Experience collaboratively working with colleagues in other countries and time zones
- Interest in Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Gaming preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $92,000 - $126,500 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
