THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
The Global Mobility and Contingent Workforce Program Manager will be integral to the People Team and responsible for managing FanDuel's mobility, immigration and contingent worker programs. Responsibilities include implementing and managing policies and programs related to Global Mobility and Contingent Workforce, and you will be the primary point of contact for all inquiries in these areas.
You will coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to efficient delivery of all global mobility and contingent workforce needs.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
Global Mobility and Immigration
- Implement and manage FanDuel's immigration and mobility policies and processes
- Be central point of contact and keep all stakeholders informed of all aspects related to international assignments for FanDuel employees to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Manage visa process by communicating with employees, coordinating activities between all stakeholders, working closely with Talent Acquisition team, external counsel, and Flutter Global Mobility
- Oversee vendor management activities related to Global Mobility processes
- Respond to employee inquiries; provide information, guidance, and direction on mobility and immigration programs, processes, and procedures
- Proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience
- Maintain all records to ensure data accuracy related to immigration process
- Identify, track and communicate metrics related to mobility processes. Analyze data and utilize insights to make recommendations on opportunity areas and process improvements
- Participate in projects related to global mobility
Contingent Workforce
- Manage the onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle management activities for contingent workforce engagements
- Be central point of contact for contingent workforce engagements with HR, Procurement, Legal, Technology, Finance managers and suppliers
- Respond to inquiries; provide information, guidance, and direction on contingent workforce programs, processes, and procedures
- Define, track and monitor metrics related to contingent workforce program
- Utilize reports and data to gather insights and make recommendations on opportunity areas
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Participate in projects related to contingent workforce management, including the implementation of new tools and systems to manage contingent workforce
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- College degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent experience (familiarity with immigration processes preferred)
- Experience working with and managing vendors preferred
- Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership skills
- Comfortable operating in a matrix and continuously changing environment
- Analytical, data driven and detail-oriented
- Customer service and process improvement mindset
- Stay abreast on trends impacting mobility, immigration and contingent workforce policies and procedures

The applicable salary range for this position is $99,000 - $136,500 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
