THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to support two members of our Flutter team. The members supported are based in the US, and support our Global Flutter business. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who excels in complex calendar management, problem-solving, and handling high-stakes activities beyond traditional administrative tasks.
THE GAME PLAN

As a critical member of our team, you will be focused on:
- Complex Calendar Management: Expertly manage complex and frequently changing schedules for the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring optimal organization and efficiency. This includes prioritizing conflicting commitments and making strategic adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with other Executive Assistants to establish and implement standard practices while sharing best practices and elevating the overall assistant experience. Provide backup support for other EAs as needed, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining a high level of support across the Leadership Team.
- Problem Solving: Apply advanced problem-solving skills to address and resolve challenges proactively. Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Strategic Support: Handle high-level activities that go beyond traditional administrative duties, including special projects, high-priority tasks, and critical strategic initiatives.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange intricate travel itineraries for the Leadership Team, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring all arrangements meet their preferences and requirements.
- Meeting Management: Oversee the scheduling and logistics of senior management meetings, off-site events, and company-wide gatherings. This includes preparing agendas, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring all materials and notes are accurately prepared and distributed.
- Expense Management: Manage expense reports with precision, ensuring timely and accurate processing through our system (Concur). Handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
- Vendor Relations: Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring prompt payments and maintaining positive relationships with external partners.
- High-Level Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Senior Leadership Team and other departments, clients, and external partners. Represent the company and its leaders with professionalism and discretion.
THE STATS
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, with background of handling complex tasks and high-pressure situations. Experience in executing high-level activities and projects that require a sophisticated understanding of organizational dynamics and strategic priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and dynamic schedules, balancing multiple priorities and adapting to changes seamlessly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lucidchart) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

The applicable salary range for this position is $102,000 to $135,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 13 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
