We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epicor Eclipse ERP Administrator to join our team. As an Eclipse ERP Administrator you will contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of the Eclipse ERP to support our organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Eclipse, its companion solutions, and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders, department leads, and IT teams to understand the organization's strategic priorities and assist with development and execution of Eclipse strategy aligned with these priorities.

- Evaluate Eclipse and identify areas for improvement, customization, and/or integration to meet the organization's evolving needs.

- Lead and evaluate the full lifecycle of Eclipse projects, from requirements gathering and system design to implementation, testing, and ongoing support.

- Design and configure Eclipse modules, workflows, and interfaces based on business requirements.

- Create and update documentation related to the ERP, business processes and companion products / 3rd Party Integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and integrate Eclipse with other business applications (e.g. CRM, eCommerce, WMS, and Payables)

- Provide ongoing maintenance and analysis to assure optimal performance and sustainability of Eclipse, including performance monitoring, researching errors, and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Technical Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP Required

· Strong writing and communication skills Required

· Understanding of Eclipse file structure and reporting strongly preferred

· Proficiency with MS Excel strongly preferred

· Experience with supporting Eclipse companion products preferred (Billtrust, Credit Cards, Eclipse Forms, EDI, Innovo, PDW, Phocas, Starship)

These skills are essential for understanding the organization's strategic goals and objectives and aligning the ERP system accordingly. 1. Business Analysis: The ability to analyze business processes and requirements, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and translate them into functional ERP solutions.

2. Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset to understand the organization's long-term goals and align the ERP system to support and enhance these goals.

3. Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and monitor ERP projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

4. Change Management: Knowledge and experience in managing organizational change, from preparing stakeholders for system changes to ensuring smooth post-implementation adoption.

5. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and collaborate across teams to drive ERP initiatives forward.

6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, troubleshoot system errors, and propose innovative solutions to optimize Eclipse performance.

7. Business Process Improvement: Identify and outline opportunities for streamlining and improving the business.
