Job Title: Workday Configuration Analyst - Core HCM

Location: Chicago, IL or Richmond VA or Kennesaw, GA (Onsite 3 days/week)

Pay Range: Competitive based on experience

What's the Job?

• Configure and manage multiple Core HCM modules, including staffing, benefits, and compensation.
• Design and implement business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity by maintaining Workday security frameworks.
• Develop advanced compensation plans and support their rollout in the Workday system.
• Collaborate with HR partners to create workflows that meet organizational needs.
