Our Fortune 500 client, a leader in technology innovation, is seeking a Technical Writer 3 to join their team. As a Technical Writer 3, you will be part of the Technology Strategy Innovation team supporting Customer Service and Support. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a deep understanding of AI technology, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Writer 3

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $40 - $45/hr

  • Develop high-quality white papers and technical documents that articulate the strategic value of AI solutions.
  • Engage with subject matter experts to gather insights and understand technical capabilities.
  • Conduct structured research activities to support the development of strategy papers.
  • Collaborate with various functional verticals to create comprehensive content.
  • Incorporate feedback and ensure all content reflects the latest advancements in technology.

What's Needed?

  • 5-7 years of experience in technical writing, particularly in the AI or technology sector.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality, strategy-oriented technical content.
  • Strong familiarity with industry standards and trends in AI and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex systems clearly.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.

1. Minimum 5-7 years experience with AI, particularly large language models and generative AI

2. Minimum 5-7 years experience with Strong writing skills, including the ability to write white papers and technical documents.
