Supply Chain Project Manager

Experis is partnering with a manufacturing company to hire a Supply Chain Project Manager to join their team. This will be a remote opportunity with up to 15% travel.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and execute multi-million-dollar, multi-year manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/OT systems, proven experience managing industrial projects, and familiarity with Rockwell Automation solutions and related systems. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery while aligning schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Manage end-to-end manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Oversee IT/OT system implementations, upgrades, and integrations within manufacturing environments.
  • Lead projects involving Rockwell Automation tools and systems, including FactoryTalk, Plex, and DataMosaix.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project plans, and track milestones.

Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Monitor project risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Travel as needed to the Richland, WA plants for site visits and coordination.
  • Work PST or MST hours for duration of project
  • Experience:

    • Strong IT/OT background with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
    • Proven track record of managing industrial systems projects, preferably with Rockwell Automation solutions.
    • Experience managing multi-million-dollar, multi-year projects with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
    • Familiarity with industrial systems and software such as Plex, FactoryTalk, and DataMosaix.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
