Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Sr. Production Support Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Production Support Engineer, you will be part of the Global Markets Risk department supporting critical financial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent project management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Production Support Engineer

Location: Pennington, NJ

Pay Range: $65 - $70 per hour

What's the Job?

• Support batch and business queries for Global Markets Risk.
• Manage user query mailbox effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Utilize important framework tools such as ITSM, JIRA, and ITRS for updates and reporting.
• Provide timely incident management and user notifications, including management escalations.
• Document processes and manage knowledge effectively within the team.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of Production Support experience.
• Strong SQL and UNIX/Linux knowledge.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Working knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
