Our client, a leading telecom company in the US, is seeking a Sr Linux Architect to join their team. As a Sr Linux Architect, you will be part of the compute and automation team supporting the company's datacenter.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Linux operating systems, automation skills with Bash, Ansible, and Terraform, and experience with 0 Touch deployments on servers. This is a long-term contract position.

Job Title: Sr Linux Architect

Location: Englewood, CO (Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Pay Range: $72/hour -$82/hour 

What's the Job?

• Lead in the planning, design, development, implementation, and execution of Linux systems engineering f
• Design, develop, and implement platform enhancements and make recommendations for improvements
• Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary
• Provide Engineering Technical support and guidance to regional personnel and ensure all technical integration, changes, standards, and documentation are met

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and/or equivalent work experience
• Extensive experience in UNIX/Linux engineering
• Solid Linux engineering, troubleshooting, testing, hardening, and performance tuning experience
• In-depth understanding of Linux Kernel
• Solid Automation/Scripting skills: perl, bash, and python or related languages
